 Tai Chi, Yoga, Mixed Mobility, Somatic Experiencing

Specialized focus on patterns in movement with emphasis on joint, spinal, hip, and ankle mobility. We break out of the Yoga-box to explore various animal locomotive patterns and tai chi postures in accordance with breath patterns.

 

With discipline, this practice is guaranteed to optimize happiness, health, and conscious awareness to the interconnected nature of existence.
