The intention of this experience is to create a container for deep healing, transformation, and restoration. May it lift your spirit and open your heart in a unique and expansive way.

As a Miami resident of 2-years, I've witnessed the stress that a fast-paced city centered around “Hustle Culture” produces. After visiting Costa Rica on a solo week-long personal reset trip, I had the opportunity to introspect, reflect, and integrate various transitions, lessons, challenges, and celebrations the seasons of life welcome in. The serenity of Costa Rica (CR) was the exact retreat from city life and reset my mind, body, and spirit needed.

Driving along the rainforest surrounded by jaw-dropping coastline, there is an ease to exploring the country of CR. The culture shaped by the people, whom deeply respect and protect the land they live upon and with, is centered around principles of kindness, respect, and an easy-going lifestyle. The phrase “Pura Vida” is at the heart of Costa Rican culture and translates to “pure life” and promotes a joyful, easy-going approach to life and serves as a reminder to be grateful for what we have and to find appreciation in everything.

I share this small reflection to communicate the spirit of Costa Rica and how a deep connection with this country led me to very quickly realize that experiencing Costa Rica on my own was only the beginning. After a transformative, decompressing and uplifting journey it became evident that the next step is to share this with others.
