December Community Invitation

Jump ahead of New Year Resolutions. Join an online community and commit to 31-Days of 15-Mins Moving, Breathing, and Meditating every day of December. First class begins Thursday December 1st at 7PM EST. Email assheth@umich.edu if desiring to join after 12.1.22

This Winter we welcome you to come together in community and kick-off the month of December with a 31-Daily Commitment to Mindfulness practice. Each day you will complete a 15-min routine of Movement, Breathwork, and Meditation. Guided by bi-weekly community classes online and an accountability worksheet for individual resourcing consider this the perfect opportunity to join in community while committing to conscious habits that will shape a version of you that enters 2023 feeling authentic, confident, and clear.

THE DETAILS

Upon signing up, you will receive a Zoom link to access 2 Weekly Community Classes on Sunday AM and Thursday PM. You will also receive a worksheet to be resourced for daily accountability. The 31-Day Community Commitment offers weekly classes, which are donation based and intended to facilitate community building. They are not required but highly encouraged!
